Cherry blossoms had opened in Kanazawa on April 10th.
The cherry trees are in full blossom now.

In Kenrokuen famous cherry has opened free until 22 April.

There are many reservations from foreigners recently.
Most guests are reserved for cherry blossom season.


In Kenrokuen, you can see a lot of cherry blossoms.
According to Japan Weather Association, anticipated date of cherry blossoms begin to bloom in Kanazawa is April 8. Anticipated date of full bloom is April 14.


Last year, most guests did not come because of the effects of large earthquakes.
There are a lot of reservations this year, we are glad.

This year was very snowy winter.

Currently, Kanazawa city snow is melting and it has become a little warm.


The flower of the plum bloomed in Kenroku-en Garden which is one of the Japanese three major famous gardens.




The cherry blossom season will be soon.

The other day international sport history research seminar was held in Kanazawa.

About 10 members of women's studies from Taiwan and Korea came to Kanazawa to attend at this seminar.
